These Happy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies are probably saving my marriage. Or at least my sanity. This crazy diet is killing me. And it's only going to get crazier. Aliza just doesn't seem to be responding the way I would expect if the diet was right.
But at least the cookies are good!
