Nursery Plans!

What we have so far:
1 thrifted twin sheet + 2 yards printed fabric = curtains
1 thrifted twin sheet = 2 crib sheets (if you're careful with the elastic)
wicker laundry hamper (found by the dumpster)
matching wicker basket (found at the transfer site)

I also have a set of box shelves and a floating shelf. And just today I noticed we had a crate that came with a music set that would make a perfect third box shelf. I'm going to cover all three with fabric so they match, and then either use them as shelves or try to make them look like birdhouses to go with the curtains. Hubby had the brilliant idea of using license plates to make the roofs of the birdhouses. Score! We already have those!

brown felt = going to be a bunch of sparrows flying in the window
1 thrifted twin sheet = going to recover the glider rocker and ottoman
changing pad = needs to be trimmed down to fit the changing table
leftover material = going to be a changing pad cover
leftover thrifted sheet = cover 2 canvasses and we'll paint/stamp on the girls' names and handprints
